By downloading or using Momo's Star Nook, you agree to these terms and applicable Google Play terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
License and acceptable use
Electric J LLC grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for private entertainment. Do not reverse engineer, exploit, automate, disrupt, resell, or use the game or its assets unlawfully except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Advertisements
The game may display rewarded ads you choose to watch and interstitial ads at natural breaks. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Rewards are granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion.
Purchases and virtual items
Digital purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Energy, Stardust, furnishings, upgrades, and other virtual items have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the game, and may be changed as the game is balanced. Prices and purchase terms are shown in the Google Play purchase interface. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's applicable policies and law.
Availability and changes
We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance, fairness, and game quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that advertising will always be available.
Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Electric J LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
