By downloading or using Momo's Star Nook, you agree to these terms and applicable Google Play terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
License and acceptable use
Electric J LLC grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for private entertainment. Do not exploit, automate, disrupt, resell, falsify advertising or purchase events, bypass security or reward limits, distribute the game's assets, or use the game unlawfully. This restriction does not limit rights that applicable law expressly gives you.
Advertisements and verified rewards
The game may offer AdMob rewarded ads that you choose individually and constrained interstitial ads at natural between-level transitions. Availability is not guaranteed. The exact optional reward and any limit are shown before presentation; you may decline without losing normal access to play.
Rewarded benefits are issued only after the advertising provider's completion event is server-verified and the one-time grant passes daily and duplicate checks. Delayed callbacks can leave a reward temporarily pending. Invalid, duplicated, expired, manipulated, or over-limit events grant nothing. Purchases and virtual items
Digital purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Purchasable products are fixed Energy packs, fixed Stardust packs, and the non-consumable Everbloom Charm. Furnishings, collection heirlooms, room expansions, and default upgrades remain obtainable through gameplay; purchased Stardust may also be spent on fixed-price furnishings and expansions. They are never direct or randomized paid rewards.
Energy, Stardust, furnishings, upgrades, heirlooms, and other virtual items have no cash value, cannot be redeemed or transferred outside the game, and may be rebalanced. Prices and purchase terms appear in the Google Play interface. Refunds are handled under Google Play's policies and applicable law.
Local progress and integrity
The game has no Electric J LLC player account or cloud save. Android backup and device transfer are disabled for app data, so uninstalling, clearing storage, losing a device, or changing devices can permanently remove progress and unconsumed pending rewards.
Local progress uses an integrity check. If authentication fails, reward and purchase grants are locked on that installation to avoid building new value on a manipulated or corrupted save. Attempting to alter saves, callbacks, claims, receipts, clocks, or the running client can result in rejected grants or loss of affected local progress.
Availability and changes
We may update, rebalance, secure, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain compliance, fairness, compatibility, and game quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, advertising inventory, reward-verification availability, or permanent availability of any virtual item or feature.
Disclaimer and liability
The game and site are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Electric J LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits consumer or other rights that cannot legally be limited.
